July 28, 2008 ![]() It's Time to Make Some Money A good friend of mine admonished me recently, "If you say you're going to do something, then do it. Don't fail to follow through. People are counting on you." Good advise from a savvy friend. Then he told me that I had an obligation to share what I've learned in recent years regarding the failure of American subdivisions.
Count on this: September 19th and 20th I'll be sharing 30 years of study concerning, "Why Subdivision Development Isn't Working Anymore." I'll complete the class by describing, "How You Can Profit Enormously from the Living Architecture Way." This two-day class will be intense. It will be controversial. There will be a few who may get up and leave. If you
believe subdivision development Intelligent developers will realize the information is spot-on-accurate and critical. These men and women will walk away with powerful and pragmatic tools, proven to create developments that work. They will gain new ideas that can be planned, financed and will make money. This class is for bankers, builders, mortgage brokers, developers, planners and architects. The class is $3,000 and it's not tax deductible. It's an investment. Sanctioned by the American Small Business Institute in Austin, the class will be held in Tuscan Hall, renowned for it's state-of-the-art multimedia equipment and excellent acoustics. Gourmet coffee, beer, wine and food will flow. We may even have a surprise guest play Tuscan Hall's grand piano during our breaks. Some of
you might even choose (HOT TIP: Register now. There are only 14 rooms available.) Yesterday's tried-and-true formulas for development are dead. You realize this, right? During this class we'll uncover the history of the carving up of America. We'll examine the forces that brought us to where we are. Furthermore, we'll examine developments that remain profitable regardless of economic conditions, places we love to visit and would love to live. We'll evaluate the magic of these places and compare it to the tired and diseased, post-WWII subdivisions. The disease is S.A.D.D. (Subdivision: American Dream Disease.) There is a cure.
Best of all, its sustainable and profitable. I look forward to seeing you there.
